Hope you’re enjoying keeping up with our LAGO features so far…

This week it’s all about creating a wonderful recipe, that being your Kitchen!! (yes, we know we like the metaphors!!)

Beds In The Spotlight!!

So, this week we’re talking beds!! LAGO have designed a selection of 5 funky beds. Taking a step away from the idea that beds must have 4 legs, LAGO have created a range that not only look fabulous they also put a bit of fun back in the bedroom!!

Fluttua suspended at a cool 2ft above the floor, this is the ultimate floating bed! Anchored to the wall with just one central, height adjustable leg, the Air bed eliminates all things conventional! it’s a sleep sensation!!

Air puts a total spin on the usual order of factors – extreme lightness (the solid glass legs) supporting the solid base & mattress. The glass legs can be rotated to vary the height of the bed & carved into the mattress frame are 20 figures from the Kama Sutra!! Not only is this a sexy & fun idea it also allows ventilation to the mattress above!!

Steps… Made up from slices of felt this is a krypton factor special, starts with an aluminium frame whereby felt slides on along with plastic spaces to make this a very funky & eco friendly piece, using 50% less packaging compared with a standard bed.

Beam taking inspiration from the sun this bed is blooming marvellous! different sized ‘beam’ sections fit together achieve this magnificent sleep design.
